Services
- Water supply isolated and restored without leaks at connections
- Waste runs to fall, trapped, and tested
- Electrical connections match the spec and are accessible
- Extraction / ventilation path confirmed if in scope
Furniture
- Carcasses fixed, level, and scribed to walls
- Doors and drawers aligned; buffers and dampers fitted
- Plinths, fillers, and cornice complete
- Hardware matches the agreed spec
Worktops, splashbacks, appliances
- Joints sealed; overhangs and clearances as specified
- Sink and hob cut-outs sealed and supported
- Appliances installed, connected, and a function test recorded
- Serial numbers photographed on the job
Site
- Protective covering removed; floors and adjacent rooms checked
- Waste and packaging removed or staged as agreed
- Keys / access returned; client walked through remaining snags
