How do we see the product?

Request a demo from the marketing site. That is the main way companies evaluate RenovateForce. If public signup is enabled for your region, you can also create an account from the header.

Primary users are owners and operations managers of kitchen installation companies. Field technicians use the same web app on site for tasks, photos, notes, checklists, and messages.

Is the product available in Spanish and English?

Yes. English is the default (no URL prefix). Spanish uses the /es prefix. The workspace and the marketing site stay in lockstep.

Each install is a project. You record client, location, and description, then move the job through draft, active, and finished. Tasks, photos, notes, files, and checklists stay on that project.

What is the difference between an admin and a technician?

Admins run the company workspace: users, projects, and settings. Technicians execute assigned jobs — tasks, photos, notes, and checklists — in the same app. People join through an invite, not a shared login.

Can the team message inside RenovateForce?

Yes. Internal chat is part of the workspace. Conversations can attach photos and files that already belong to a project, instead of forwarding them out of context.

What does the dashboard show?

Admins get a company overview of the workspace. Technicians get a field-oriented view of the jobs in front of them. The project list (draft, active, finished) is the operational source of truth — not a separate BI pack.

Is there a separate mobile app?

Technicians use the same web app on a phone. There is one workspace, not an office product and a disconnected field product. Tasks, photos, notes, checklists, and messages work on site.

Where do job photos, notes, and files live?

On the kitchen project. Capture photography, write notes, and store files against the job so the office can open the record later. Global search helps find files and photos without opening every job by hand.

How do conformity checklists work?

Digital inspection forms live on the project, next to tasks and photos. Complete them on site so the office has a dated record of what passed. Printable lists are also in the resource library if you want to try the format on paper first.

Email and password, with email verification and password reset. Two-factor authentication is available and optional. Accounts are per person so the crew does not share one login.

Yes. The product includes notifications and global search across the company workspace, including project files and photos.
